Order processing

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday to Friday.

Order processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (except Saturday, Sunday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

If we receive a large number of orders, delivery may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional delivery days. If there is a significant delay in delivering your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of delivery, not the date of order. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 business days.

Due to some objective reasons such as bad weather, orders may be delayed for several days. We will notify via email.

Confirm delivery and track orders

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

We have a flat rate shipping program in store: flat rate shipping is $6.99.

We work with the United States Postal Service and other carriers depending on your package to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Damages

Tristingleichner.store is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or misplaced packages
